الأدوات الاستراتيجية الإيرانية و الاستقرار الإقليمي Iranian Strategic Tools And Regional Stability

Résumé: تناقش الورقة البحثة موضوع الأدوات الاستراتيجية الإيرانية والاستقرار الإقليمي، وتهدف الدراسة من خلالها إلى إبراز حدود تأثير استخدام إيران لقوتها الصلبة وقوتها السيبرانية على الاستقرار الإقليمي، في ظل المتغيرات الأمنية والاستراتيجية المتسارعة التي تشهدها البيئة الاستراتيجية والأمنية الإقليمية. وبعد التحليل العلمي والموضوعي للموضوع توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الأدوات الاستراتيجية الإيرانية تندرج في إطار استراتيجية الردع، الهادفة إلى صيانة الأمن القومي الإيراني وديمومة المصالح الاستراتيجية الإقليمية الإيرانية في نظام اقليمي لطالما اتسم بالاضطراب نتاج تضارب المصالح بين مختلف اللاعبين الإقليميين والدوليين المؤثرين على المشهد الأمني والاستراتيجي الإقليمي، وبالتالي فإن الاستقرار الإقليمي من وجهة نظر إيران مرهون بضمان أمنها القومي ومصالحها الاستراتيجية. The research paper discusses the topic of Iranian strategic tools and regional stability. Through it, the study aims to highlight the limits use of Iran’s hard, cyber power on regional stability in light of the rapid security and strategic changes in which the regional strategic and security environment is witnessing. The scientific and objective analysis of the subject concluded that the Iranian strategic tools drop in the framework of the deterrence strategy, which aims to uphold Iranian national security and the sustainability of its strategic and regional interests in a regional system that has been always characterized by turmoil as a result of interest’s conflict between different regional and international players affecting the regional and strategic scene, hence, the regional stability from Iran’s point of view reliant on guaranteeing its national security and strategic interests
