دور الاستراتيجية الوطنية للتحول الرقمي في تحقيق ابعاد التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر- رؤية2030

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تقديم رؤية شاملة حول الاستراتيجية الوطنية للتحول الرقمي والتنمية المستدامة في الجزائر، حيث أنه في ظل التطورات التكنولوجية السريعة والمتحورة في العالم، وبسبب الضرورة الملحة التي فرضتها جائحة كورونا كان لزاما على الجزائر التوجه نحو الرقمنة والإسراع في تعميمها واستحداث وزارة الرقمنة والاحصائيات، وكذا تبني استراتيجية وطنية للتحول الرقمي كقوة دافعة للإقلاع الاقتصادي وتحقيق ابعاد التنمية المستدامة وفق اجندة 2030. توصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة أن الجزائر على الرغم من الجهود والاستراتيجيات التي تبذلها في مجال التحول الرقمي وعصرنة القطاعات وتعميم استعمال تقنية تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات، إلا أنها لاتزال في بداية الطريق لمواكبة التطورات العالمية. كلمات مفتاحية: تحول رقمي؛ تنمية مستدامة؛ الجزائر؛ رؤية 2030. Abstract: This research paper aims to provide a comprehensive vision on the national strategy for digital transformation and sustainable development in Algeria, as in light of the rapid and mutating technological developments in the world, and due to the urgent necessity imposed by the Corona pandemic, Algeria had to move towards digitization and accelerate its circulation and create the Ministry of Digitization and Statistics As well as adopting a national strategy for digital transformation as a driving force for economic take-off and achieving the dimensions of sustainable development in accordance with the 2030 Agenda. Through this study, we concluded that despite the efforts and strategies that Algeria is making in the field of digital transformation, modernization of sectors, and generalization of the use of information and communication technology, it is still at the beginning of the road to keep pace with global developments. .
