التنافس الجيواستراتيجي الأمريكي الصيني للسيطرة على مناطق النفوذ في منطقة (آسيا – المحيط الهادئ )

Résumé: تحتل منطقة (آسيا – المحيط الهادئ) ، مكانة هامة في أجندات السياسات الكبرى ؛خاصة للولايات المتحدة الأمريكية والصين ؛ وذلك لما لها من أهمية جيواستراتيجية لدى القوتين ؛ كما تمثل المنطقة (جنوب شرق آسيا ، تايوان ، بحر الصين الجنوبي ، المحيطين الهندي والهادئ) ، بؤر توتر شديدة بين واشنطن وبكين خاصة في المرحلة الحالية ؛ وبذلك يعتقد العديد من المحللين ؛ بأن المنطقة ستحدد مستقبل العلاقات بين الولايات المتحدة والصين ؛ كما ستحدد شكل النظام الدولي الجديد . تهدف الدراسة إلى الوقوف على التوجهات الاستراتيجية للولايات المتحدة والصين في منطقة (آسيا – المحيط الهادئ) ، وإبراز أهمية المنطقة لدى القوتين . ومدى قدرة الولايات المتحدة على الحد من صعود الصين ، وإبطاء نموها خاصة في محيطها ؛ ومن الجانب الأخر وقوف الصين في وجه الهيمنة الأمريكية ونفوذها ومحاولة إخراجها من المنطقة . The Asia-Pacific region occupies an important place in the agendas of major policies. especially for the USA and China; This is due to its geostrategic importance to the two powers. The region (Southeast Asia, Taiwan, the South China Sea, and the Indian and Pacific Oceans) also represents hot spots of tension between Washington and Beijing; Especially at the current stage; Thus many analysts believe; that the region will determine the future of US-China relations; It will also determine the shape of the new international order. The study aims to stand on the strategic directions of the United States and China in the (Asia-Pacific) region, and to highlight the importance of the region to the two powers. And the extent to which the United States is able to limit the rise of China, and slow its growth, especially in its surroundings; On the other hand, China stands in the face of American hegemony and influence, and attempts to expel it from the region.
