تسيير المخاطر الكبرى: قراءة في التجربة الجزائرية

Résumé: الملخص تناولت الورقة البحثية موضوع المخاطر الكبرى الذي يعتبر أحد أهم المواضيع التي تحضى باهتمام خاص من طرف الباحثين وصناع القرار لما له علاقة بأمن الانسان و استقراره. فعندما يتحول الخطر الى كارثة فانه يخلف أضرارا جسيمة مادية و بشرية تؤثر بصورة مباشرة على الاقتصاد. و أمام هذا الواقع جعل حكومات الدول تسارع لوضع خطط للوقاية والحماية منها، . كما سلطت دراستنا الضوء على التجربة الجزائرية في هذا المجال ، من خلال التطرق الى مختلف القوانين و التشريعات المتخذة و تقييمها ، معتمدين في ذلك على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. لنتوصل في الاخير الى اقرار توصيات وجب أخذها بعين الاعتبار للوقاية من هذه المخاطر و التقليل من خطورتها. Abstract: The research paper covered the topic of major risks which is one of the most important topics of special interest to researchers and decision makers because of its relationship to human security and stability , When the danger turns into a disaster, it causes massive material and human damage, which directly affects the economy. In front of this reality, Governments hasten to put Prevention and protection plans from it , our study also highlighted on the Algerian experience in this field , By addressing the Various laws and legislation taken and evaluated it , and we relied In it on the descriptive analytical approach , in order to Finally Propose recommendations It must be taken into consideration to prevention of these risks and minimize its danger.
