الضمانات الإجرائية المقررة للطفل في ظل القانون 15-12

Résumé: ملخص: إن الطفل هو أساس المجتمع و رجل المستقبل و في نفس الوقت يشكل الحلقة الأضعف في المجتمع فقد ترتكب جرائم ضده تهدد سلامته الجسدية و المعنوية و قد يغرر به نتيجة ضعف إدراكه و نقص مسؤوليته لارتكاب جرائم فلا بد من الاهتمام به و توفير الحماية اللازمة له، لذا تدخل المشرع و أقر له حماية جزائية و كفل له عدة ضمانات سواء كان ضحية أو كجانح من خلال قانون الإجراءات الجزائية و قانون 15/12 المتضمن حماية الطفل. Abstract: The child is the basis of society and the man of the future and at the same time is the weakest link in the society may commit crimes against him threatens his physical and moral integrity and may be tempted by the weakness of his awareness and lack of responsibility to commit crimes must be paid attention to and provide the necessary protection, So the legislator intervenes and gives him criminal protection and assured him several guarantees whether he is a victim or a delinquent through the Code of Criminal Procedure and Law 15/12, which includes the protection of the child.
