الصفوف الابتدائية في المدرسة الجزائرية بين تعليمية اللغة العربية واللغات الأجنبية (الواقع، الصعوبات، والآفاق)

Résumé: : تسعى هذه الورقة البحثية إلى توصيف واقع تعليمية اللغة العربية الفصحى واللغات الأجنبية في المدرسة الإبتدائية الجزائرية، وذلك بهدف تشخيص حالاتها المرضية، والوقوف عند أهم الصعوبات التي يعاني منها متعلمو صفوف هذه المرحلة في تحصيلهم للكفايات والمهارات اللغوية الخاصة بالنسق الفصيح، بالإضافة إلى مشكلات أخرى يواجهها أثناء تعلمه للغة الأجنبية؛ والمتمثلة في الفرنسية، التي تغزو محيطه التعليمي في السنة الثالثة، فتؤثر سلبا في عملية تلقيه للغة العربية، وفي ظل هذا التيه المضاعف المدجج بالزحام اللغوي، فإن المدرسة الجزائرية بحاجة إلى سياسية لغوية جديدة، بل إلى إصلاحات تربوية عميقة وجذرية، من أجل رسم اتجاه لغوي واضح المعالم، يحمل على عاتقه مهمة الإرتقاء باللغة العربية، وجعلها عنوانا للتواصل، يتم تعميمه داخل المؤسسة التعليمية وخارجها كلمات مفتاحية: تعليمية اللغات، اللغة العربية، اللغة الأجنبية، المدرسة الإبتدائية. This research paper seeks to describe the educational reality of classical Arabic and foreign languages in the Algerian elementary school, with the aim of diagnosing their pathological conditions, and standing at the most important difficulties that learners of the classes of this stage suffer in their acquisition of the language competencies and skills of the formal pattern, in addition to other problems they face during Learning a foreign language; And represented in French, which invades its educational environment in the third year, adversely affecting the process of receiving the Arabic language, and in light of this double wandering full of linguistic crowding, the Algerian school needs a new linguistic policy, but rather deep and radical educational reforms, in order to chart a linguistic direction Clear-cut, he carries on his shoulders the task of promoting the Arabic language, and making it a title for communication, to be circulated inside and outside the educational institution.
