مساهمة السياسة النقدية في تحقيق الاستقرار النقدي في الجزائر خلال الفترة 2005-2016

Résumé: تعتبر السياسة النقدية أحد أشكال سياسات الاستقرار التي تنتهجها الدولة من أجل مكافحة الاختلالات الاقتصادية المختلفة التي صاحبت التطور الاقتصادي، وكونها تمثل الجانب النقدي للسياسة النقدية. ولهذا السبب فقد اخترنا أن تكون دراستنا حول مدى فعالية السياسة النقدية في الجزائر في تحقيق الاستقرار النقدي. ومن خلال هذا تطرقنا في الفصل الأول إلى عموميات حول السياسة النقدية و أهم أدواتها و السلطة النقدية والعرض النقدي أما الفصل الثاني فقد لجأنا إلى أدوات السياسة النقدية في الجزائر وتطور الكتلة النقدية ومقابلاتها في الجزائر خلال الفترة الممتدة من 2005 إلى غاية 2016، حيث سنقوم بدراسة تطورات معدلات التضخم والبطالة، النمو الاقتصادي وتطور احتياطيات الصرف وسعر الصرف وتطرقنا أيضا إلى إصلاحات التي جاء بها قانون النقد والقرض قبل 2005.Monetary policy is one of the forms of stability policies pursued by the state in order to combat the various economic imbalances that accompanied economic development and the monetary aspect of monetary policy.That is why we have chosen to have our study on the effectiveness of monetary policy in Algeria in achieving monetary stability.In this chapter, we discussed the generalities of monetary policy, its most important tools, monetary authority, and monetary presentation. In the second chapter we resorted to the tools of monetary policy in Algeria and the development of the monetary bloc and its interviews in Algeria during the period from 2005 to 2016,We will examine developments in inflation and unemployment rates, economic growth, development of exchange reserves and the exchange rate. We also discussed the reforms introduced by the Monetary and Credit Law before 2005.
