هُوية مجهولي النسب وعلاقتها بالاندماج الاجتماعي دراسة ميدانية على عينة من مجهولي النسب بمؤسسة الطفولة المسعفة بورقلة

Résumé: سعت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين هُوية مجهولي النسب المتواجدين في مؤسسة الطفولة المسعفة و عملية اندماجهم اجتماعيا . و قد تضمنت الدراسة التساؤل الرئيسي التالي : كيف تنعكس هوية مجهولي النسب على اندماجهم اجتماعيا؟ و الذي تندرج تحته ثلاث أسئلة فرعية ، و قد أعتمد على المنهج الوصفي ، و تم إختيار عينة قصدية تتكون من (09) تسع عمال لهم علاقة مباشرة بالأطفال، و تم الاستعانة باستمارة المقابلة في جمع المعلومات و البيانات و تمت معالجتها الإحصائية بالاعتماد على النسب المئوية فتوصلنا إلى النتائج التالية: 1- مؤسسة الطفولة المسعفة تقوم بتربية و تنشئة الأطفال مجهولي النسب. 2- يحاول المربي أو المختص تعويض الطفل العطف و الحنان الأسري . 3- تعمل المؤسسة على دمج هؤلاء الأطفال في المجتمع من خلال تعليمهم و تكوينهم و مشاركتهم في النشاطات الاجتماعية داخل و خارج المؤسسة . This study sought to identify the relationship between the unknown parentage who are present in the Assisted Childhood Establishment and their integration process. The study included the following main question : How does an unknown parentage reflect on his social integration ? Which includes three sub-questions. It was based on the descriptive approach, a target sample of 09 workers directly related to children was selected and an interview form was used to collect information and data. The statistical processing was done based on percentages, so we reached the following results: 1. The Assisted Childhood Establishment is responsible for educating and upbringing the children of unknown parentage. 2. The educator or specialist tries to compensate the child with a family kindness and affection. 3. The establishment seeks to integrate these children into society through their education, composition and participation in social activities within and outside the establishment.
