التنمر المدرسي كمظهر من مظاهر اللامعيارية في المدرسة الجزائرية.

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية ، إلى الوقوف على واحدة من تحديات المدرسة الجزائرية ،والتي تتعلق بظاهرة التنمر المدرسي، والتي تعبر عن سلوكيات عدوانية مختلفة ومتكررة تهدف إلى إيذاء الآخر جسديا أو معنويا من قِبل التلاميذ، وذلك بالقول أو الفعل للسيطرة على الضحية وإذلالها ونيل مكتسبات غير شرعية منها ، هذه الظاهرة التي تفشت في مدارسنا بشكل مخيف، حيث استهدفت التلاميذ والمعلمين ولم يسلم منها حتى الطاقم الإداري.لذا لزم منا كتربويين البحث في حيثياتها ،محدداتها،مظاهر التنمر الممارسة وكذا البحث عن الحلول والعلاجات لمواجهتها. This research paper aims to identify one of the challenges of the Algerian school, which relates to the phenomenon of school bullying, which expresses various and repeated aggressive behaviors that aim to harm the other physically or morally by students, by word or action to control The victim must humiliate her and obtain illegal gains from her, this phenomenon that has spread frighteningly in our schools, where students and teachers have been targeted, and the right of the administrative staff has not been spared from it, so we as educators have to research its causes, determinants, manifestations of bullying practice, as well as searching for solutions and remedies to confront it.
