صناعة السياحة في الجزائر-مقوماتها ومكامن تنافسيتها

Résumé: ملخص: يشكل البحر الأبيض المتوسط إحدى الوجهات السياحية الكبرى، التي مثلت 30  من السياحة العالمية في الأربعين عاما الأخيرة، وهذا ما جعل من أقاليم جنوب المتوسط خاصة الجزائر تدرك أن صناعة السياحة هي الطريق للتنمية، ولكن وبالرغم من امتلاكها لمقومات سياحية تؤهلها لأن تصبح من أهم الوجهات السياحية العالمية، إلا أن حصتها من سياحة المتوسط متواضعة، كما أن موقعها على الخريطة التنافسية المتوسطية لا يبدو جليا. وهذا ما سيتم التطرق إليه في هذه الورقة العلمية التي نسعى من خلالها إلى تقييم مؤشرات الأداء التنافسي لصناعة السياحة في الجزائر، كما نسلط الضوء على المتطلبات والآليات الضرورية للنهوض بها وتعزيز دورها التنموي ومكانتها التنافسية. الكلمات المفتاحية: سياحة، تنافسية سياحية، جزائر. Abstract:The Mediterranean sea is one of the major tourist destinations, which represented 30 percent of international tourism in last 40 years, that has made southern Mediterranean regions especially Algeria realize that the tourism industry is the road to development, but in spite it has tourist potential that make it one of the world’s most important tourist destinations, but their share of Mediterranean tourism is modest, and its location on the Mediterranean competitive map is not clear. This is what will be addressed in this scientific paper, through which we seek to evaluate the competitive performance indicators for the tourism industry in Algeria, and highlight the requirements and mechanisms necessary to promote them and enhance their developmental role and competitive position.
