الأسس النظرية والتشريعية للدمج الأكاديمي للمعاقين بصريا في الجزائر

Résumé: يعتبر الدمج وسيلة هامة لتحقيق الكثير من القيم الاجتماعية والوطنية حيث تتعدد بيئاته في حياة الأطفال المعاقين لتشمل العائلة والمدرسة والمجتمع مما يعطيهم الحق في تكافؤ فرص التعلم والمشاركة في الحياة الاجتماعية مع الأطفال الأسوياء. وتعتبر الجزائر من الدول التي تسعى إلى التكفل وتقديم الرعاية من خلال سن القوانين والتشريعات لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة ومنها فئة المعاقين بصريا، التي ترتكز دراستنا حولها وهذا للتعرف على الإطار النظري وسياسة دمج المعاقين بصريا، ورصد المشكلات التربوية لدمجهم. Integration is an important means of achieving many social and national values, as its environment in the lives of children with disabilities varies to include family, school and society, giving them the right to equal opportunities for learning and participation in social life with children.
