Résumé: سنحاول في هذه الدراسة تسلط الضوء على منطق الجدل الذي استخدمه السفسطائيون ودوره في إبراز الكفاءة اللغوية البلاغية والخبرة الجدلية، باعتباره آلية من آليات إنتاج الخطاب عندهم، ومحاولة تبيين المغالطات التي أُسس عليها من خلال الرؤية المنطقية لمفهوم الجدل عند أرسطو. كلمات مفتاحية: ا لخطاب اللغوي، المنطق، الجدل، السفسطائيون، أرسطو. In this article, we strive to study dialectical logic that has been used by Sophists to highlighting language proficiency and rhetoric and dialectical experience, considering it as a mechanism to producing discourse for them, and trying to demonstrate fallacies that dialectical logic were based on, by the logical view of the concept of dialectic for Aristotle.
