دور أس المال الفكري في زيادة كفاءة و فعالية قطاع التعليم العالي (دراسة استقصائية لكلية العلوم الاقتصادية، التجارية، و علوم التسيير بجامعة طاهري محمد بشار)

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح دور و أهمية رأس المال الفكري في رفع كفاءة قطاع التعليم العالي و البحث العلمي في الجزائر من خلال دراسة إحصائية باستخدام استبيان موجه لأساتذة كلية العلوم الاقتصادية، التجارية و علوم التسيير في جامعة طاهري محمد بشار. و قد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن رأس المال الفكري يعتبر عنصر هام جدا في السعي للرقي بقطاع التعليم العالي في الجزائر بصفة عامة و في كلية العلوم الاقتصادية التجارية و علوم التسيير بجامعة طاهري محمد بشار، حيث كانت نتائج دراسة و تحليل الاستبيان في مجملها تتمحور حول وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين رأس المال الفكري و المتغيرات الأخرى. This study aims to clarify the role and importance of intellectual capital in raising the efficiency of the higher education sector and scientific research in Algeria through a statistical study using a questionnaire directed to professors of the Faculty of Economics, Commercial and Management Sciences at Taheri Mohamed University. The study concluded that intellectual capital is a very important element in the pursuit of advancement in the higher education sector in Algeria in general and in the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences at Taheri Muhammad University. The results of the study and analysis of the questionnaire in its entirety revolved around the existence of a statistically significant relationship between intellectual capital and other variables
