التمويل الإسلامي الأصغر كمصدر لتمويل المشاريع المصغرة -دراسة حالة بنك الخليج الجزائر (وكالة عين تموشنت)

Résumé: يهدف هذا البحث إلى إبراز أهمية التمويل الإسلامي الأصغر بمختلف صيغه في تمويل ومرافقة المشاريع المصغرة، وذلك لتوافقه مع هذا النوع من المشاريع من حيث المبالغ المالية التي تحتاجها في عملية الاستغلال، وكذا الخدمات غير المالية التي تقدمها مؤسسات التمويل الإسلامي الأصغر. تبين لنا من خلال دراسة حالة بنك الخليج الجزائر بوكالة عين تموشنت أن معظم المشاريع التي يتم تمويلها عن طريق المرابحة هي عبارة عن مشاريع إنتاجية صغيرة يقيمها أفراد من ذوي الدخل المحدود أو أنشطة تجارية بسيطة لا تحتاج إلى رؤوس أموال كبيرة. This study aims to highlight the importance of Islamic microfinance in its various forms in financing and accompanying the mini projects, due to its compatibility with this type of small projects in terms of the financial amounts needed in the process of exploitation, as well as the non-financial services provided by Islamic microfinance institutions. Through the case study of the Gulf Bank Algeria at Ain Temouchent Agency, we found that most of the projects that are financed through Murabaha are small contracting production projects set up by individuals with limited income or simple commercial activities that do not require large capital.
