Résumé: الملخص المنفتح الدلالي للفتوى من الصائر إلى التحيين "تحفة الناظر"/ العقباني الحفيد (871هـ/1467م)، ومن القراءة "بالجمع" إلى "المرافعة" ثمّة مسافة مثلى في استيطان النص، ومن امِّحاء المؤلِّف تحت وطأة النوع إلى ظهوره فثمّة مسافة أمثل، فهي انهمام تام فيما مرّ بتلمسان من صَرْفِ الدَّهر وحولِه. استخدمت مناهج علوم الطبيعة "المورفولوجيا" وزمن "الكرونوتوب"، حيث التعالق والرحمية فيما بينها من صلاتٍ وأواصر.
