انهيار أسعار النفط وتأثيرها على صندوق الثروة السيادي الجزائري والسعودي خلال الفترة 2014-2017

Résumé: ساهم ارتفاع أسعار النفط خلال العقد الماضي في بروز ظاهرة جديدة تتمثل في صناديق الثروة السيادية، حيث أدى تراكم الفوائض المالية الكبيرة عند الدول المصدرة للنفط إلى تكوين هذه الكيانات والتي أصبحت تدير أصولا ضخمة جدا، ومع ما شهدته الساحة العالمية خلال الثلاث سنوات الماضية من أحداث اقتصادية وجيوسياسية أدت لتراجع أسعار النفط جاءت فكرة دراستنا التي تهدف لمعرفة الأثر الذي خلفه هذا التراجع على موارد هذه الصناديق والكيفية التي واجهت بها الأزمة، وللوصول إلى هدف دراستنا ارتأينا أخذ الصندوقين السياديين السعودي والجزائري كحالة لمعرفة أدائهما خلال هذه الفترة، حيث يعتبر النفط المورد الأساسي لميزانية البلدين. Abstract : The rising in oil prices over the past decade has contributed to the emergence of a new phenomenon of sovereign wealth funds. The accumulation of large financials surpluses in the oil-exporting countries has led to the formation of entities that have become very large assets and the economic and geopolitical events that have taken place over the last three years. From the decline in oil prices emerges the idea of our study, which targets to find out the impact of this decline on the resources of these funds and how they encountered the crisis, and to reach the goal of our study, we took the Saudi and Algerian sovereign funds as a case to know their performance during this period, Oil is the main supplier of the two countries' budgets
