إعادة التأمين كآلية منتهجة لتخفيف أعباء تزايد المخاطر في سوق التأمين الجزائري – دراسة تحليلية (2014-2020)

Résumé: الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على آلية إعادة التامين في الجزائر من تنازل وقبول ومدى قدرتها على تخفيف أعباء المخاطر التي قد تتعرض لها شركات التامين على غرار مخاطر عدم القدرة على السداد، بالإضافة إلى الحد من تسرب العملة الصعبة إلى الخارج. وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن عمليات إعادة التامين تساهم فعلا في التخفيف من أعباء المخاطر التي قد تتعرض لها هذه شركات، وذلك بنقل جزء منها إلى شركة أو شركات تامين أخرى اقدر منها ماليا على تحملها، كما توصلنا إلى أن أقساط إعادة التامين إلى جانب أقساط التامين تشهد تطورا مستمرا طيلة فترة الدراسة ماعدا سنة 2020، كما توصلنا إلى أن عمليات إعادة التامين تعمل على جلب رؤوس الأموال بالعملة الصعبة في إطار القبولات الدولية. Abstract: This study aims to identify the mechanism of reinsurance in Algeria and its ability to mitigate the burdens of risks that insurance companies may be exposed to, such as the risk of inability to pay, in addition to limiting the leakage of hard currency abroad. This study concluded that reinsurance operations contribute to alleviating the burden of risks that these companies may be exposed to, by transferring part of them to another insurance company that are more financially able to bear them. We also found that reinsurance premiums are alongside insurance premiums It is witnessing continuous development throughout the study period, except for the year 2020, and we have also found that reinsurance operations are working to bring capital in hard currency within the framework of international acceptances .
