اثر مقاييس عرض النقد على معدلات التضخم في الجزائر دراسة قياسية للفترة 1990 – 2017

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس اثر العرض النقدي بحسب مجاميعه المختلفة (العرض النقدي بالمفهوم الضيق والعرض النقدي بالمفهوم الواسع) على معدل التضخم في الجزائر، وذلك من خلال بناء نموذج قياسي وباستعمال بيانات سنوية للفترة 1990-2017. حيث بينت نتائج إختبار جوهانسون لتكامل المشترك، عدم وجود تكامل مشترك بين متغيرات الدراسة، كما فحصت الدراسة علاقة جرانجر السببية ضمن نموذج متجه الانحدار الذاتي التي أظهرت عن وجود علاقة سببية أحادية الاتجاه تسري من العرض النقدي بالمفهوم الضيق إلى معدل التضخم، وهذه العلاقة السببية قد تأكدت أيضا من خلال نتائج فحوصات تحليل التباين ودوال الاستجابة لردود الفعل، والتي بينت أن متغير العرض النقدي بالمفهوم الضيق له الأهمية الكبرى في التأثير النسبي في معدل التضخم. Abstract: This study aims to measure the effect of the money supply according to its different aggregates(The money supply in the narrow sense, the money supply in the broad sense) on the inflation rate in Algeria, through the construction of an econometric model during the period 1990-2017. The Johansen Cointegration Test showed a lack of integration between the joint variables of the study. The paper also examined the Granger Causality showing a one way causality from rate of growth of the broad money supply Inflation rate. This causality is reflected in the analysis of Variance Decomposition and Response Function have shown that Narrow money supply is of great importance in the relative impact of the rate of inflation
