Résumé: مما لا شك فيه أن الأحكام أو الأوامر الصادر عن المحاكم الإدارية الجزائرية في المنازعات الإدارية الناشئة عن تنفيذ صفقات الأشغال العامة في التشريع الجزائري المعمول به قابلة للطعن بالاستئناف وعلى هذا الأساس جاء مقالنا موسوم بعنوان '' أيلولة منازعات تنفيذ صفقات الأشغال العامة لمجلس الدولة الجزائري بعنوان قضاء الاستئناف". وما يمكن قوله بخصوص الطعن بالاستئناف في الأحكام أو الأوامر الصادرة عن المحاكم الإدارية الجزائرية في المنازعات الإدارية الناشئة عن تنفيذ صفقة الأشغال العامة في التشريع الجزائري أنه طريق من طرق الطعن العادية ويجسد المظهر العملي لمبدأ التقاضي على درجتين المنصوص عليه في المادة 06 من قانون الإجراءات المدنية والإدارية الجزائري ويخضع للأحكام والشروط والإجراءات المنصوص عليها في ذات القانون. Abstract: There is no doubt that judgments or orders issued by Algerian administrative courts in administrative disputes arising from the implementation of public works deals in the applicable Algerian legislation are subject to appeal by appeal, and on this basis our article came tagged with the title "Devolution of disputes relating to the implementation of public works deals to the Algerian Council of State under the title of Appeal Court " .What can be said regarding appeals against judgments or orders issued by Algerian administrative courts in administrative disputes arising from the implementation of the public works deal in Algerian legislation is that it is one of the regular methods of appeal and embodies the practical manifestation of the principle of two-degree litigation stipulated It is stipulated in Article 06 of the Algerian Code of Civil and Administrative Procedures and is subject to the terms, conditions and procedures stipulated in the same law.
