تأثير تقلبات أسعار النفط على الإنفاق الحكومي الاستثماري ومخصصات الدعم الحكومي في الجزائر 2000-2021

Résumé: يمثل قطاع الطاقة في الجزائر منظومة قائمة يؤثر ضمن علاقة تفاعلية على كل من التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، لذلك تهدف الدراسة إلى تحليل تأثير تقلبات أسعار البترول على كلّ من الإنفاق الحكومي الرأسمالي ومخصصات الدعم الاجتماعي خلال الفترة 2000-2021، بالاعتماد على إحصائيات وتقارير سنوية مختلفة، والاستعانة بالمنهج الوصفي، ونموذج الاقتصاد السياسي، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة تناظرية ما بين تقلبات أسعار البترول، الإنفاق الحكومي الاستثماري، والتحويلات الاجتماعية.
