الايات المنسوخة عند الامام الطاهر بن عاشور من خلال تفسيره التحرير والتنوير -سورة البقرة انموذجا
Résumé: تناكلت ىذه الدراسة موضوع النسخ بُ الآيات القرآنية, عند الإما بؿمد الطاىر بن عاشور بُ سورة البقرة, حيث أظهرت فيها ابؼقصود من النسخ عند ابن عاشور, كمي زت بتُ الآيات ابؼنسوخة كالمحكمة عنده بُ سورة البقرة, كعرضت مواقف ابؼخالفتُ لو بُ ىذه الآيات, بٍ رددت الآراء غتَ صحيحة منها, كتبتُ بعد ذلك ظهور عناية ابن عاشور بالنسخ, كدقة ترجيحو للآيات بعد دراستو لكل الأدلة, كأف كثتَ ان من إطلبقات النسخ يراد بها التخصيص, أك التقيد, أك البياف, أك إبطاؿ عادة We foe used in our research on the topic of copying in the quran verses by Imam Mohamed Taher Ben Achour in sourat AL Baqarah ( The low ). the shudy defines copying acconding to tlin achous and distingwishes letween he copied and he governed verses in el bakarah ( the cow ) it alsou intoolvces thu opposing views in these verses it shows later the in lerest of ibn achour in " Copying " and his exactness after studying the different arguments copying for him means specification and limitation or evidenc or refusing a halit ( of djahilia ) amoug the most important objectives of copying for him in .gradation in application simplicity and easiness
