ظاهرة المفقودين الجزائريين خلال الحرب التحريرية الجزائرية ) 1957 - 1962 (

Résumé: قامت ثورة التحرير الجزائرية بعد أن وضعت لمساتها الأخيرة في بيانها المعروف ببيان أول نوفمبر 1954 م، الذي دعا إلى تجنيد كافة الأطياف السياسية و مختلف شرائح المجتمع الجزائري إلى غاية تحقيق الحرية باسترجاع السيادة الوطنية، والملفت للإنتباه هنا هي الصفحة التاريخية السوداء لتركة فرنسا خلال فترة هذه الثورة) 1954 - 1962 ( و المتمثلة في المفقودين الجزائريين مناضلين مدنيين كانوا او حاملي السلاح ضمن جيش التحرير الوطني و هو اللغز الذي ما زال غامضا الى يومنا ، حيث كان سببها الجيش الفرنسي الذي استعمل كل الاساليب و السلوكيات حتى التي هي محظورة من طرف القانون الدولي الانساني ، والورقة البحثية التي بين أيدينا سنوضح فيها حقيقة هؤلاء المفقودين، واسباب انتشارها عبر كافة القطر الجزائري، ونظرة القانون الدولي لمثل هذه المجازر التي ارتكبتها دولة تدعي الحضارة و تدعو إلى احترام حقوق الانسان. The Algerian liberation revolution unleashed after finalizing its so-called “ declaration of November 1, 1954" , calling for the recruitment of all political factions and various segments of Algerian society in order to achieve freedom and restore national sovereignty. But what is touching is the black historical page she left France during the period of the revolution (1954-1962), concerning missing Algerians either civilians or carriers of weapons within the National Liberation Army, this subject remains an enigma. the responsibility for all this is the French army, which has used all the methods and all the very acts that are prohibited by international humanitarian law. The theme of our research gives explanations on the reality of the disappeared and the causes of its spread throughout the Algerian country, as well as the point of view of the international law on such massacres committed by a State which claims the civilization and calls for respect human rights.
