الدور الاقتصادي والاجتماعي للقطاع الوقفي

Résumé: يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعريف بالوقف وأنواعه وأقسام الموارد التكافلية الوقفية والدور الاقتصادي والاجتماعي الذي تلعبه في الاقتصاديات الحديثة، وكيفية الارتقاء بدورها وتفعيلة في الاقتصاديات الوطنية سواء على مستوى أحياء مؤسسات الأوقاف واسترجاع مواردها وممتلكاتها أو على مستوى تنظيم وإدارة قطاع الموارد الوقفية وتطوير صيغ استثمار أمواله واستغلال إمكانياته. This paper aims at defining the different forms of Waqf, this different philanthropic resources and their socioeconomic role in modern economy. It also aims at exploring the ways and means of promoting and activating this role within the national economy, in order to revitalize the institution of Waqf, to restore its properties and enhance its organizational framework to better manage its assets and use appropriate investment modes
