تأطير التشكيلات الحزبية الوطنية في انتخابات المجالس الفرنسية 21 أكتوبر1945 – 2جوان 1946 أنموذجين

Résumé: ملخص: تهتم هذه الورقة البحثية بمشاركة تيارات الحركة الوطنية الجزائرية في الانتخابات الفرنسية بالجزائر، وذلك بتحليل نموذجين هما : انتخابات 21 أكتوبر1945,و 2 جوان 1946؛ إذ أدركت فرنسا في هذه المرحلة المأزق الذي أقحمت فيه نفسها لاسيما و تزامن الحدث مع قرار هيئة الأمم بتجريم الاستعمار ومنح حق تقرير المصير, وحاولت إعادة هيبتها الدولية بنهج التحايل, وأصدرت قوانين تمكنها من مزاولة الحياة السياسية من جديد وتخول لمستعمراتها حق المشاركة في الانتخابات. بعد تحليلنا لهذه الدراسة, تم التوصل إلى أن الأحزاب الوطنية قد طورت من برامجها السياسية ومطالبها، واتخذت مواقف متباينة بين المشاركة والمقاطعة في الانتخابات المقررة خلال تلك الفترة. Abstract: This paper is concerned with the participation of the currents of the Algerian national movement in the French élections in Algeria, by analysing two models: the elections of October 21, 1945, and June 2, 1946, as France realized at this stage the impasse in which it entered itself, especially as the event coincided with the decision of the United Nations to criminalize colonialism and grant the right to self-determination, tried to restore its international prestige with a circumvention approach, and passed laws enabling it to re-engage in political life and entitle its colonies to participate in the élections. After analyzing this study, it was concluded that national parties had developed their political programs and demands and took different positions between participation and boycott in the elections scheduled during that period.
