معيقات الدمج التعليمي لدى الطلبة ذوي الإعاقة البصرية
Résumé: تناولت الدراسة الميدانية واقع الدمج التربوي والاجتماعي الذي يستفاد منه الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة البصرية في المؤسسات التعليمية في الجزائر سوى التعليم العادي في المرحلة الثانوية أو التعليم الجامعي، كما تتطرق إلى التعريفات العلمية ولجميع التصنيفات المختلفة لذوي الإعاقة البصرية وكذالك لمجالات الدمج الأكاديمي ومختلف أنواعه، وإلى أسباب حدوث الإعاقة البصرية وتصنيفاتها وطرق قياسها، الخصائص النفسية والانفعالية والجسمية والتعليمية لهته الشريحة من المجتمع، وتتطرق وبشكل ميداني ومن خلال جميع المقابلات التي أجريت مع عينة البحث التي تم اختيارها بشكل قصدي إلى المعيقات التي تواجههم في مجال تعلمهم سوى المعيقات القانونية أو الميدانية أو المعيقات الخاصة بالمناهج التربوية من حيث المحتوى وطريقة التدريس والوسائل الداعمة والمساعدة التي تستعمل من أجل مساعدتهم في مواكبة باقي الطلبة، والتمتع بجميع حقوقهم الإنسانية والقانونية، كما تطرح الحلول التي يراها هم أنفسهم كفيلة بتحقيق ذواتهم واستغلاليتهم من خلال تحقيق دمج شامل وناجح ،معتمدين في ذالك على إمكانياتهم وعزائمهم بعيدا عن الإتكالية والتبعية للأخر. Abstract: In this field research, we study the reality of educational and social integration that can help blind people in Algerian educational institutions, especially in regular education at the secondary or university level. We also study the causes of the occurrence of visual impairment, its classifications, and measuring method.Westudy practically the psychological, emotional, physical, and educational characteristics of this group of society. Through all the interviews that we did with the research sample about the obstacles they face in learning field, legal obstacles, specific obstacles related to educational curricula in terms of content, teaching method, and the assistive means that are used to get cope with the rest of the students, and enjoy their human and legal rights. We also study the solutions they seemableto achieve themselves and exploiting them through achieving a comprehensive and successful integration, relying on their determination and abilities away from others assistance
