التكوين المهني بالجزائر أثناء الإحتلال الفرنسي Vocational Training In Algeria During The French Occupation

Résumé: يهدف هذا البحث إلى الوقوف على واقع التكوين المهني بالجزائر أثناء الإحتلال الفرنسي من خلال تتبع مسار مراحل تطوره وإبراز السياق التاريخي والإجتماعي لكل مرحلة، إضافة الى تبيان علاقة الأهالي الجزائريين بهذا النوع من التعليم ومدى استفادتهم منه، وقد خلص البحث إلى أن مسار التكوين المهني عرف عدة مراحل كان خلالها في صلب صراع فكري وسياسي متعدد الأطراف، كما أنه وظف في غير وظيفته الحقيقة المتمثلة في إعطاء فرص متساوية للأفراد لتحسين مستواهم المعيشي والإجتماعي ناهيك عن اعتباره تعليم من الدرجة الثانية يوجه إليه أبناء أهالي الجزائريين لتسخيرهم أساسا لخدمة المعمرين وتلبية احتياجات الإقتصاد الفرنسي في البلد الأم. This research aims to stand on the reality of vocational training in Algeria during the French occupation by tracing the course of its development stages and highlighting the historical and social context of each stage, in addition to showing the relationship of Algerian parents to this type of education and the extent to which they benefited from it. Stages during which he was at the center of a multilateral intellectual and political struggle, and he also employed in other than his job the fact of giving equal opportunities to individuals to improve their living and social standard, not to mention that it was considered a second-class education directed to the children of Algerians to harness them mainly to serve the centenarians and meet the needs of the French economy in the country the mother.
