استراتيجية العلاج المعرفي السلوكي لمحاولي الانتحار عن طريق تصحيح المعتقدات

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة لمعرفة فعالية العلاج المعرفي السلوكي في تعديل المعتقدات الخاطئة لدى محاولي الانتحار، حيث انطلقنا من السؤالان التاليان: هل يساهم العلاج المعرفي السلوكي في تعديل المعتقدات الخاطئة لدى محاولي الانتحار؟ وهل يؤدي تعديل المعتقدات الخاطئة إلى تعديل سلوكهم الانتحاري؟ وللإجابة على هذان السؤالان طبق المنهج الاكلينيكي على حالتين سبق لها أن حاولتا الانتحار، وتم التكفل بهما على مستوى عيادة للعلاج النفسي بقالمة، وتم تصميم برنامج علاجي يعتمد على النظرية المعرفية السلوكية بغية تصحيح معتقداتهما الخاطئة وتعديل سلوكهما لمنعهما من محاولة انتحار أخرى، وبعد عدد من الجلسات العلاجية تم التوصل إلى نتيجتين مفترضتين: اسهام العلاج المعرفي السلوكي في تصحيح المعتقدات الخاطئة لدى الحالتين محاولتا الانتحار، وتصحيح المعتقدات الخاطئة أعطى تعديلا في سلوكهما الانتحاري. This study aim to investigate the effectiveness of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy modifying the false beliefs of suicide attempters; therefore, we started with the following questions: Does the cognitive behavioral therapy helps in modifying suicide attempters’ beliefs? And would this modification imply any changes within their suicidal behaviors? To answer these two questions, the clinical approach has been applied to two cases of individuals who previously attempted suicide and were taken care of at the level of a psychotherapy clinic in Guelma. A psychotherapeutic protocol Was designed based on the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in order to correct their false beliefs to prevent them from further suicide attempts. After multiple therapy sessions, tow hypothetical results were achieved: The cognitive Behavioral Therapy contributed in altering the false beliefs of the two cases. Consequently, correcting their false beliefs resulted in changing their suicidal behaviors.
