فعالية نظام الحوافز وأثره على جودة حياة عمل العاملين دراسة حالة لوكالة اتصالات الجزائر تندوف

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى تأثير التحفيز على جودة حياة العمل لدى عمال وكالة اتصالات الجزائر تندوف كعينة للمؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية وذلك باستخدام استبيان يتضمن مجموعة من العبارات تتمحور حول التحفيز المادي والمعنوي وكذلك جودة حياة العمل. تبين من خلال النتائج أن هناك تأثير دال إحصائيا للتحفيزات المادية والمعنوية على جودة حياة العمل لدى عمال وكالة اتصالات الجزائر تندوف، غير أن التحفيزات المعنوية كان لها تأثير أكبر في تحقيق جودة حياة العمل لدى العمال، حيث أن التحفيزات المادية فسرت ما قيمته 24.3 % من التغير الحاصل في جودة حياة العمل، بينما التحفيزات المعنوية فسرت ما قيمته 46.8 % من التغير الحاصل في جودة حياة العمل. This study aims to find out the extent of the effect of motivation on the quality of work life of workers of the Algerian Telecom, Tindouf’s agence, as a sample of the Algerian economic institutions, by using a questionnaire that includes a set of statements centered on the material and the moral motivation as well as the quality of work life. It was found through the results that there is a statistically significant effect of the material and moral incentives on the quality of the work life of the workers of the Algerian Telecom Agency Tindouf, but that the moral incentives had a greater impact on achieving the quality of the work life of the workers, as the material incentives explained the value of 24.3% of the change . of The outcome in the quality of work life, while the moral incentives explained a value of 46.8% of the change of the quality of work life.
