جودة المراجعة القانونية في ظل التحول الرقمي في المؤسسة دراسة تحليلية لآراء عينة من الخبراء المحاسبين ومحافظي الحسابات في الجزائر

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على كيفية تأثير التحول الرقمي في المؤسسة الاقتصادية على جودة المراجعة القانونية في الجزائر، وقد تم ذلك من خلال دراسة تحليلية لآراء عينة من الخبراء المحاسبين ومحافظي الحسابات المسجلين في المصف الوطني للمحاسبة والغرفة الوطنية لمحافظي الحسابات، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى زيادة التعقيدات المرتبطة ببيئة عمل المراجع القانوني في ظل التحول الرقمي في المؤسسة الاقتصادية مما يحتم عليه امتلاك مهارات ومعارف مرتبطة ببيئة العمل الرقمية، كما خلصت الدراسة إلى أن التحول الرقمي أدى إلى زيادة أهمية استعمال تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تخطيط وتنفيذ عمليات المراجعة. The study aims to shed light on how the digital transformation of enterprises impacts the quality of legal audit in Algeria, The results of our study are based on analysing opinions of sample of auditors who are registered on the table of National chamber of legal auditors and the table of National Order of Accounting Experts. The study found that there is an increase in complexities within the legal auditor’s work environment in the context of digital transformation of enterprises, this makes it necessary for auditors to possess skills and knowledge related to the digital work environment, the study also concluded that digital transformation has led to an increased importance of using information technology in planning and executing the auditing process.
