دراسة تحليلية لمساهمة تقنيات التمويل البديل الحديثة في تعزيز الشمول المالي –إشارة لحالة الجزائر-

Résumé: تعالج الورقة البحثية مساهمة التمويل البديل والمنصات الرقمية في تعزيز الشمول المالي لتحقيق أهدافه وتطوير الخدمات المالية والرقمية التي تعمل على تنويع موارد القطاع المالي التقليدي والذي يسهم في تحفيز النشاط الاقتصادي بالبلاد ، تم إعتماد المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي لمعرفة واقع سوق منصات التمويل الجماعي التساهمي، المصادق عليه بصفة قانونية من قانون المالية التكميلي لسنة 2020، وكنتيجة مستخلصة فإن سوق التمويل البديل الجماعي بالسوق التمويلي بالإقتصاد الجزائري يبقى جدّ ضئيل بسبب غياب الأطر القانونية والتشريعية والتنظيمية. The paper addresses the contribution of alternative finance and digital platforms in promoting financial inclusion to achieve its objectives and developing financial and digital services that diversify the resources of the traditional financial sector and that contribute to stimulating the country's economic activity . A descriptive and analytical approach has been adopted to ascertain the realities of the market for contributory crowdfunding platforms, legally ratified by the Supplementary Finance Act of 2020. As a result, the market for collective alternative finance in the Algerian economy remains minimal due to the absence of legal, legislative and regulatory frameworks
