Résumé: لقد شكلت المحادثات الفرنسية الجزائرية مع مجيء الجنرال ديغول إلى سدة الحكم في ربيع عام 1958 منعطفا حاسما في تطور القضية الجزائرية، تطور أعلن بالرغم من المناورات التي انتهجها ديغول في التعامل مع الشأن الجزائري بداية من الاعتراف الضمني بجبهة وجيش التحرير الوطني كممثل شرعي ووحيد للشعب الجزائري، كما أبرز هذا التطور صلابة الموقف الذي اتخذته الحكومة المؤقتة خلال سلسلة الجولات التي جمعت وفدها مع الوفد الفرنسي، ومدى تمسكه بثوابت السيادة التي أقرتها أدبيات الثورة بدءا من بيان الفاتح من نوفمبر إلى مختلف التوصيات التي أكد عليها المجلس الوطني للثورة الجزائرية عبر مختلف دوراته. Abstract THIS Study is considered as a part from. a big project we did it to prepare an academic these about the most important Case dealt by all official report of C,N,R A in each session since somame congress1956,to the last congress of Tripoli in may/june1962. This study is base on all the official reports of C.N.R.A witch dealt about the French Algerian conversations; and has changed radically the Algerian case, and this evolution has shown a strong situation thanks to all the negotiations till the final result for independence .
