Résumé: الخطاب السياسي الأمريكي تجاه العراق 2003-2017 The US political Speech toward Iraq 2003 - 2017 الملخص لقد تم دراسة الخطاب السياسي الأمريكي تجاه العراق خلال الفترة ما بين 2003-2017 من جوانبه العديدة ، وخاصة مؤسسات صنع القرار الأمريكية ، وعلى رأسها مؤسسة الرئاسة . وتم فيه دراسة اهمية ومشكلة البحث ، والإجابة على تساؤلاته الرئيسية والفرعية وأيضا فروض الدراسة . تم في هذه الدراسة استخدام منهج تحليل النظام الدولي ومنهج تحليل المضمون. كما تم تقسيم الدراسة إلى مبحثين تناول اولها دور المؤسسات الرسمية الأمريكية في احتلال العراق عام 2003، والذي تم تقسيمه إلى ثلاثة مطالب تناول المطلب الأول مؤسسة الرئاسة وتناول المطلب الثاني الكونجرس ، أما في المطلب الثالث فقد تم فيه دراسة التوجهات الفكرية للعناصر الفاعلة في الإدارة الحاكمة ودورها في احتلال العراق . تناول المبحث الثاني الخطاب السياسي للرؤساء الأمريكيين تجاه العراق ٢٠٠٣-٢٠١٧ والذي تم تقسيمه الى ثلاثة مطالب تناول أولها الخطاب السياسي الأمريكي في عهد الرئيس جورج بوش الابن ٢٠٠١-٢٠٠٨ ، وتناول ثانيها الخطاب السياسي تجاه العراق في عهد الرئيس باراك اوباما ٢٠٠٩-٢٠١٦ ، أما المطلب الثالث والأخير فقد تناول الخطاب السياسي الأمريكي تجاه العراق في عهد دونالد ترامب .في نهاية الدراسة تم بيان أهم النتائج من خلال الخاتمة . مفاتيح الدراسة : سياسة خارجية أمريكية ، العراق ، الخطاب السياسي الأمريكي ، جورج دبليو بوش ، باراك اوباما ، دونالد ترامب . Abstract The US political Speech toward Iraq 2003 - 2017 The US political Speech toward Iraq has been studied , from Its several aspects during 2003–2017, especially American decision-making institutions, like Presidency institution . The importance , the problem , answers of the main questions and sub - as well as the hypotheses have been studied . this study has used the International Regime analysis and content analysis , The study has divided into two parts, the first has taken the role of The official American institutions in the occupation of Iraq in 2003 . The first part has divided into three demands firstly institution of the presidency , the secondly Congress, while the third demand has taken the intellectual guidance of the activity actors in the ruling administration and its role in the occupation of Iraq . The second part has taken the political speech of the American presidents toward Iraq 2003-2017, which was divided into three demands, firstly the American political speech during the period of George W. Bush 2001-2008. Secondly the political speech toward Iraq during the period of Barack Obama 2009-2016. The third US political speech toward Iraq during the period of Donald Trump .
