Caractérisation Physico-chimique D’une Boue De Forage Et Leur Impacte Sur L’environnement
Résumé: Drilling mud is the fluid that travels up and down inside the rods and up and down the annulus (space between the drill string and the drilled hole) during oil drilling. The role of drilling mud is multiple: to allow the drilling cuttings to rise to the surface, to ensure the balance of the hole by maintaining, through its density, a counter pressure slightly higher than the pressure of the formations crossed, to limit the invasion of reservoirs by the drilling fluids thanks to the formation of a protective "cake", and contribute by its flow pressure at the level of the drilling tool to the dismantling of the rocks crossed. This research topic provides details on the characteristics of the studied mud and their impact on the various environmental ecosystems at surface and in depth. The purpose of this work is to find a chemical formulation and processes that adapt well with the environmental conditions of the region while respecting the standards of environmental protection. Part of this work will be carried out on the drilling site and the other part in the laboratory of the university.
