الاستراتيجيات الاقتصاديىة لتنمية المناطق الحدودية الجزائرية

Résumé: لقد أصبح تطوير المناطق الحدودية ضرورة اقتصادية و اجتماعية في ظل الحرمان والفقر الذي يعاني منه ساكنة هذه المناطق, على الرغم من وفرة الموارد الطبيعية في مناطقهم التي تمكنها من التنمية. وهو ما جعل المسألة أولوية وطنية يجب الاهتمام بها في ضوء الإمكانات غير المستغلة للمناطق الحدودية الجزائرية (المساحات الشاسعة – السياحة , الإمكانات الرعوية والإمكانيات الزراعية ). تفعيل برامج التنمية من خلال وضع الخطط الاستراتيجية التي تراعي متطلبات التنمية الاقتصادية للمناطق الحدودية سيؤدي إلى نهوض متكامل (اقتصادي, اجتماعي, أمني...) The development of border areas has become an economic and social necessity in view of the deprivation that the inhabitants of these areas suffer from, despite the abundance of natural resources in their areas that enable development. This made the issue a national priority that must be taken care of in light of the untapped potential of the Algerian borderareas (that vast areas - tourism, pastoral and agricultural potential ) Activating development programs by setting strategic plans that take into account the requirements of the economic development of the border areas will result in an integrated advancement (economic, social, security...)
