محددات توازن الميزان التجاري في الجزائر خلال الفترة 2000-2019

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إلقاء الضوء على وضعية الميزان التجاري الجزائري خلال الفترة 2000-2019 والتطرق إلى العوامل المحددة لتوازنه وتحليل التركيب السلعي لكل من الصادرات والواردات . و توصلنا إلى أن الميزان التجاري الجزائري حقق فائضا موجبا خلال الفترة 2000-2014 تراوح بين الارتفاع والانخفاض في حين سجلت الفترة 2015-2019 عجزا في الميزان التجاري مع سيطرة قطاع المحروقات على الصادرات رغم الجهود المبذولة لترقية الصادرات خارج المحروقات وتحرير قطاع التجارة الخارجية وكان المحدد الرئيسي لهذه الوضعية (الفائض و العجز) هو تقلبات أسعار النفط الذي تحدده عوامل خارجية. الكلمات المفتاحية: الميزان التجاري؛ صادرات ؛ واردات؛ سعر النفط؛ سعر الصرف. تصنيف JEL : F62 .F29 ; E14 ; Q43 ;Q41 ; Abstract: This study aims to shed light on the status of the Algerian trade balance during the period 2000-2019,also it addresses the determining factors of its balance and to analyze the commodity composition of both exports and imports. We concluded that the Algerian trade balance achieved a positive surplus during the period 2000-2014, ranging between high and low, while the period 2015-2019 recorded a deficit in the trade balance with the hydrocarbon sector dominating exports despite the efforts made to boost exports apart from the hydrocarbons and to liberalize the foreign trade sector, and the main determinant of this status (surplus and deficit) are fluctuations in oil prices that are determined by external factors
