Résumé: الحراك السياسي في الجزائر في ضوء الإطار النظري للديمقراطية Political mobility in Algeria in light of the theoretical framework of democracy أ.د/ سلوى بن جديد جامعة عنابة - الجزائر [email protected] الملخص تعرض هذه الورقة للحراك السياسي في الجزائر (2019) على ضوء الإطار النظري للديمقراطية الليبرالية التي يتميز مسارها بعمليتين هامتين، متتاليتين ومتكاملتين، هما عملية الانتقال الديمقراطي وعملية توطيد الديمقراطية. وإن التمييز بين العمليتين له على مستوى النظرية والتطبيق انعكاساته الإيجابية، من حيث معرفة الدور المفترض الذي على الحراكيين القيام به، ومن حيث متطلبات المرحلة بصفة عامة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الجزائر، الحراك السياسي، التحول الديمقراطي، مرحلة توطيد الديمقراطية. Abstract: This paper presents the political mobility in Algeria in the light of the theoretical framework of liberal democracy, which is characterized by two important, sequentially and complementary processes, namely the process of democratic transition and the process of consolidation of democracy. The distinction between the two processes at the level of theory and practice has its positive implications, in terms of knowledge of the supposed role of the activists and the requirements of the stage in general.
