"قياس أثر المتغيرات الإقتصادية على معدل البطالة دراسة قياسية لحالة الجزائر خلال الفترة(1990-2019) "

Résumé: "تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد أثر المتغيرات الإقتصادية على ظاهرة البطالة في الجزائر، حيث تمّ تقدير العلاقة بين معدل البطالة من جهة، وكل من: معدل التضخم والإيرادات النفطية ومعدل النمو الإقتصادي والإستثمار الأجنبي من جهة أخرى خلال الفترة الممتدة من 1990-2019، باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة المتاطئة ARDL ووتتلخص نتائج الدراسة في مايلي: 1. وجود علاقة طويلة الأجل طردية ومعنوية بين معدل التضخم ومعدل البطالة. 2. هناك علاقة موجبة بين معدل البطالة والايرادات النفطية. 3. هناك علاقة سالبة وغير معنوية بين معدل البطالة والاستثمار الأجنبي. 4. وجود علاقة عكسية وغير معنوية بين النمو الاقتصادي ومعدل البطالة. ""This study aims to determine the effect of economic variables on the phenomenon of unemployment in Algeria, where the relationship between the unemployment rate on the one hand, and each of: the rate of inflation, oil revenues, the rate of economic growth and foreign investment on the other hand, during the periode from ( 1990-2019), using a self-regressive model for slowed distributed time-gaps ARDL the results of the study are summarized as follows: 1. The existence of a long-term positive and significant relationship between the rate of inflation and the dimensions of unemployment. 2. There is a positive relationship between the unemployment rate and oil revenues. 3. There is negative and non-significant relationship between the unemployment rate and foreign investment. 4. There is an inverse and non-significate relationship between economic growth and unemployment rate. "
