Résumé: The development and opening up of Arab markets to each other is necessary in the light of financial globalization to ensure mobilization of savings and employment in various aspects of investments. The Saudi market is one of the Gulf financial markets that has financial surpluses from oil revenues. Despite the long experience in the field of financial institutions, it has not decided financial openness except in recent years, especially after the decision of the Capital Market Authority and work on a number of initiatives under the Entrepreneurship 2020 program and the development program The financial sector, which has succeeded in developing itself and achieving what it aspires from the financial openness and challenge the risks of financial globalization. In this note we tried to identify the financial markets in general, as well as the financial globalization, the globalization of financial markets, the risks and the effects of the globalization of the Saudi capital market. The problem of this research is: - What are the risks of capital market globalization? What are their effects on the Saudi stock market?
