مقاربة منظومية لمشروع مدرسة بلا عنف

Résumé: تهدف دراستا إلى وضع تصور لمشروع برنامج تدريبي يؤسس لمدرسة بلا عنف قائم على سبعة استراتيجيات وهي على التوالي، استراتيجية الوساطة المدرسية لحل النزاعات والخلافات، واستراتيجية التكوين النفسي البيداغوجي للمتعلمين والطاقم التربوي بالمؤسسات التربوية، واستراتيجية تعزيز القيم الإيجابية في المناهج الدراسية ( كقيم الحوار و قبول الاختلاف والتنوع والتسامح. ومحاربة العنف والتعصب.)، واستراتيجية التوعية والتحسيس بكل الوسائل والوسائط الإعلامية الورقية والالكترونية والجداريات، واستراتيجية التنشيط الثقافي والرياضي للحياة المدرسية، ثم استراتيجية التنسيق والتعاون بين المدرسة والأسرة ومؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية الأخرى، وأخيرا استراتيجية الارشاد النفسي والتربوي. تصنيف JEL : XN2، XN1.
