السياسات الزراعية العربية ودورها في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي
Résumé: يعتبر الأمن الغذائي من أهم التحديات التي تواجه الدول العربية في وقتنا الحاضر، رغم أن الوطن العربي يزخر بمقومات طبيعية وبشرية إلا أنه لم يتمكن من تحقيق الزيادة المستهدفة في الإنتاج لمواجهة الطلب المتزايد على الغذاء. وعليه فقد انتهجت الدول العربية منذ مطلع خمسينات القرن الماضي مجموعة من السياسات الزراعية ترمي إلى رفع كفاءة قطاعها الزراعي لزيادة الإنتاج والتغلب على المشكلات التي يعاني منها، بالإضافة إلى تقليل فاتورة الواردات الغذائية وصولا إلى تحقيق الأمن الغذائي. Food security is one of the most important challenges facing the Arab countries at present, although the Arab world is full of natural and human resources, but it has not been able to achieve the increase in production targets to meet the increasing demand for food. Thus, since the early 1950s, Arab countries have adopted a set of agricultural policies aimed at raising the efficiency of their agricultural sector to increase production and overcome the problems it faces, as well as reducing the bill of food imports and achieving food security
