المواطنة والعمل التطوعي... نحو تحقيق تنمية مستدامة

Résumé: إن عالم اليوم بقضاياه المتعددة سواء كانت تكنولوجية، اجتماعية، وثقافية أنتج مشاكل جدية، ولدت الحاجة إلى وضع وخلق علاقات متوازنة ومستقرة بين الإنسان وبيئته، فالإنسان ابن بيئته يؤثر ويتأثر بها، ويقف عليها نجاحه وفشله وكذا نوعية العلاقات المؤسسة بينه وبين محيطه. إذا موضوع التنمية بمعطياته التقليدية - إن صح التعبير - لم يستطع تقديم حلول كافية للمشاكل المتعددة التي تمس الحياة الإنسانية بأبعادها المختلفة، ونتيجة الاهتمام المتزايد بالقضايا البيئية ظهرت أطرا معرفية وواقعية جديدة ذات مضامين بيئية في سياق اجتماعي مدني ليظهر العمل التطوعي كداعم أساسي للتنمية المستدامة ومحفز للقيم التشاركية الحقيقية بين الفاعلين الاجتماعيين فالعمل التطوعي كنشاط مدني إنساني عالمي يعطي حركية ومرونة وشمولية لمفاهيم مزدحمة ومعقدة مثل التنمية المستدامة، ونحن وفق هذا الطرح سنحاول عرض تأسيس نظري يبحث في العلاقة بين مخرجات المواطنة الصالحة ممثلة في العمل التطوعي وآليات تحقيق التنمية المستدامة. The world of today, with its multiple issues, whether technological, social, and cultural, has produced serious problems, and the need to create and create balanced and stable relationships between man and his environment is born, Man is the son of his environment that affects and is affected by it, on which his success and failure, as well as the quality of the established relationships between him and his surroundings, stand on it. If the development issue with its traditional data - so to speak - was unable to provide adequate solutions to the multiple problems that affect human life in its various dimensions, and as a result of the increased interest in environmental issues, new knowledge and realistic frameworks with environmental implications appeared in a civil, social context to show volunteer work as a basic support for sustainable development and a catalyst for values, The real partnership between social actors, as volunteer work as a global civic activity gives mobility, flexibility and comprehensiveness to crowded and complex concepts such as sustainable development, and according to this proposition we will try to present a theoretical foundation that examines the relationship between the outcomes of good citizenship represented by volunteer work and mechanisms to achieve sustainable development.
