Résumé: إن التنوع البيولوجي هو نتاج ملايين السنيين من تطور الحياة على سطح الأرض، وبذلك فهو يمثل جميع أنواع وأشكال الكائنات الحية المتواجدة في الوسط والحيز البيئي، وفي ظل اتساع الفجوة بين الدول النامية ذات الموارد البيولوجية والدول المتقدمة ذات الابتكارات التكنولوجية العالية، وهو ما يساهم ويشكل في قرصنة هذه الموارد، ولأجل ذلك قامت العديد من الدول ومن بينها الجزائر بسن ترسانة تشريعية تحاول من خلالها حماية الحقوق الواردة على المعارف المرتبطة بالموارد البيولوجية. Biodiversity is the product of millions of years of the evolution of life on the surface of the earth, and thus it represents all types and forms of living organisms present in the environment and the environmental space, and in light of the widening gap between developing countries with biological resources and developed countries with high technological innovations, which contributes and shapes Piracy of these resources, and for this reason many countries, including Algeria, enacted a legislative arsenal through which they try to protect the rights contained in the knowledge associated with biological resources.
