مواقف الدول الفاعلة في المجموعة الاقتصادية الأوربية من القضية الفلسطينية: من عام 1970 إلى مرحلة ما بعد الانتفاضة الثانية عام 2000

Résumé: يتناول هذا المقال بالدراسة والتحليل مواقف الدول الفاعلة في المجموعة الاقتصادية الأوروبية من 1970 حتى الانتفاضة الفلسطينية الثانية عام 2000 وانعكاساتها على تطور الموقف الأوروبي ومساعي القوة الناعمة الممثلة في دول الاتحاد الأوروبي لإخراج القضية الفلسطينية من الانسداد الذي دخلت فيه نتيجة حالة الحصار الصهيوني للضفة والقطاع ومحاولة هذا الاتحاد مساعدات الفلسطينيين اقتصاديا وماليا بسبب فشل المبادرات الدبلوماسية الأوروبية في تسوية القضية الفلسطينية أمام تصلب الموقف الأمريكي المنحاز للكيان الصهيوني. Dealing with this article the study and analysis of the positions of the actors in the European Economic Community of 1970 until the second Palestinian Intifada in 2000 and their reflections on the evolution of the European position and the soft force represented in the European Union countries to remove the Palestinian cause clogging entered into as a result of the Zionist blockade of the West Bank and Gaza Strip and the attempt of this union aid for Palestinians economically and financially because of the failure of the diplomatic initiatives of the European Commission in the settlement of the Palestinian issue before the intransigence of US biased position of the Zionist entity.
