محددات دالة إنتاج القمح في الجزائر دراسة قياسية خلال الفترة 1990-2019

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تحديد العوامل المحددة لإنتاج القمح في الجزائر خلال 1990-2019، ومساهمة التأثيرات المشتركة لكل عنصر من عناصر الإنتاج على حجم الإنتاج المحقق من القمح، تم صياغة العلاقة بين الكمية المنتجة من القمح والمتغيرات المؤثرة فيها: المساحة المزروعة، اليد العاملة في الزراعة، المكنة الزراعية وكمية التساقط، اعتمادا على الشكل العام لدالة الانتاج Cobb-Douglas""، اعتمدت الدارسة على المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التجريبي بالاعتماد على الانحدار الخطي المتعدد، توصلت الدراسة إلى أن انتاج القمح شهد تقلبات نتيجة الظروف المناخية والسياسات الزراعية المطبقة، هناك تأثير كبير للمكنة الزراعية والمساحة المزروعة على الكمية المنتجة من القمح، كما ان انتاج القمح يتبع قانون غلة الحجم المتزايدة، عدم استقرارية النموذج عند الفاصل الزمني سنة 2000 التي شهدت بداية تنفيذ المخطط الوطني للتنمية الفلاحية والريفية. This study aims to determine the determinants of wheat production in Algeria during 1990-2019, and the contribution of the combined effects of each element of production on the volume of production achieved from wheat, agricultural machinery and the amount of precipitation, depending on the general form of the production function "Cobb-Douglas ", the study relied on the descriptive approach and the experimental approach depending on the multiple linear regression, the study concluded that wheat production witnessed fluctuations as a result of climatic conditions and agricultural policies applied, there is a significant impact of the machine Agricultural and cultivated area depend on the quantity of wheat produced, and wheat production follows the law of increasing yields, the instability of the model at the time interval of the year 2000, which witnessed the beginning of the implementation of the National Plan for Agricultural and Rural Development.
