شروط التنظير في العلوم الاجتماعية في العالم العربي المعاصر
Résumé: تشكل النظرية في العلوم الاجتماعية مرجعية أساسية، فمن غير الممكن الاستغناء عنها شأنها شأن أهميتها في العلوم الطبيعية التي قطعت أشواطا كبيرة في هذا المجال. غير أن وضعية العلوم الاجتماعية في الوطن العربي ليست بحال جيدة، حالها حال الأوضاع التي تمر بها هذه البلدان، لدرجة أنه يمكن الجزم أنها على الصعيد السياسي والاقتصادي وحتى الاجتماعي والثقافي تعاني من حالة للاستقرار. Theory in social sciences is considered as an important source. It is indispensable just like natural sciences which went through many stages in that field. However, the social sciences in the Arab world are apparently not in their great form because of the situation that the arab contries are undergoing in all fields, politics, economy, society and culture. They live in a state of unstability.
