Résumé: تسلط هذه الورقة الضوء على دور حملات التسويق الاجتماعي عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في توعية السلوك الاستهلاكي، بحيث يعتبر هذا الأخير نشاط متكامل شاركت في دراسته العديد من العلوم من بينها علوم الإعلام والاتصال، فتعتبر هذه الدراسة مزج بين مجالي التسويق و الإعلام في محاولة لفهم أهم مجالات التسويق المتمثل في نشاط التسويق الاجتماعي، نشاط منظم يهتم بنشر معلومات أو أفكار أو أنماط ومواقف سلوكية معينة تفيد المجتمع ككل، كما يعتبر من أهم أدوات التغيير السلوكي خاصة إذا ما تم استغلال وسائل الاتصال الحديثة للترويج لحملاته، من بين هذه الوسائل الحديثة اليوم مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي كموقع الفيس بوك، تويتر وغيرها، التي أعطت للمسوقين الاجتماعيين مساحة أكبر لعرض الأفكار والمعلومات التوعوية وأصبحت تمارس دور فعال في إنجاح حملات تسويقية اجتماعية هادفة. This paper highlights the role of social marketing campaigns through the social media to aware consumer behavior; this latter which is an integrated activity that has participated in its study a wide range of sciences, including information and communication sciences so this study is a combination of marketing and media, in an effort to understand the social marketing, an organized activity that concerned with publishing information and behavioral attitudes that benefit the community as a whole ,also is considered one of the most important tools of behavioral change, especially if Social networking sites are exploited to promote its campaigns such as Facebook, Twitter and others, which have given social marketers more space to present ideas and awareness informations and have play an effective role in making social marketing campaigns successful.
