أثر الهيكل التنظيمي على الأداء الوظيفي ودور الاتصال كمتغير وسيط The Effect Of The Organizational Structure On Job Performance And The Role Of Communication As A Mediator Variable

Résumé: يهدف هذا البحث للتعرف إلى مدى وجود علاقة تأثيرية مباشرة وغير مباشرة للهيكل التنظيمي على الأداء الوظيفي من وجهة نظر العاملين بمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر المديرية العملياتية لغرداية,في وجود الاتصال كمتغير وسيط يتوسط العلاقة بينهما, ولغرض تحقيق الهدف تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي. بلغ حجم عينة البحث(94) عامل، ولتحليل الاستبيان تم الاستعانة ببرمجيةSPSSإصدار26و برمجية Smart-plsإصدار 03. وخلصت النتائج إلى عدم وجود تأثير مباشر للهيكل التنظيمي على الأداء الوظيفي,مع وجود تأثير مباشر للهيكل التنظيمي على الاتصال ووجود تأثير غير مباشر للهيكل التنظيمي على الأداء الوظيفي عن طريق وساطة كلية للاتصال تتوسط العلاقة. The aim of This research is to identify the extent to which there is a direct and indirect effect of the organizational structure on job performance according to the employees perspectives in Ghardaia Operational Directorate of Algerian Telecom, in the presence of communication as a mediating variable mediating the relationship between them, and to achieve this goal, a descriptive approach was used.The sample size (60) employees, and to analyze the questionnaire,weused the SPSS v. 26 and the Smart-pls v. 03 software . The results concluded that there is no direct impact of the organizational structure on job performance, With a direct effect of the organizational structure on communication and an indirect effect of the organizational structure on job performance through a total mediation of communication mediating the relationship
