دور أدوات الحوكمة المالية في تحقيق فعالية الأداء المالي للفترة 2012-2019

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى بيان أثر الحوكمة المالية المعبر عنها بكل من ملاءة رأس المال ، نسبة الأصول الثابتة لرأس المال ، معدل توظيف الودائع ، الرافعة المالية على الأداء المالي لبنك البركة الجزائري و المعبر عنها بمعدل العائد على حقوق الملكية ، كألية أليات تطبيق الحوكمة للفترة الممتدة من2012-2019 ، ولتحقيق الهدف من الدراسة تم استخدام نموذج التأثيرات العشوائية . توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود تأثير إيجابي بين المتغيرات المستقلة و المتغير التابع ، كما كشفت عن ضعف بنك البركة الجزائري في استغلال موارده الذاتية للرفع من معدل العائد على حقوق الملكية و ضعف مؤشر الرافعة المالية بالبنك مقارنة مع البنوك التقليدية و الخاصة العاملة بالقطاع المصرفي. كما كشفت الدراسة أهمية مرونة الأصول الثابتة و ملاءة رأس المال في تحقيق الأداء المالي المرغوب. The study aimed to demonstrate the impact of financial governance expressed in the adequacy of capital .the ratio of fixed assets to capital .the rate of employment ofdeposite and financial leverage on the financial performance of al Baraka bank of Algeria. Expressed in the rate of return on equity as a mechanism for implementing governance mechanisms for the period from2012-2019 and to achieve the aim of the study .a random effects model was used. The study concluded that there is a positive effect between the independent variables and dependent variable .as it revealed the weakness of AL Baraka Bank of Algeria in exploiting its own resources to raise the rate of return ofn equity and the weakness of the bank’s financial leverage index compared to traditional and private banks operating in the banking sector.the study also revealed the importance of the flexibility of fixed assets and the adequacy of capital in achieving the desired financial performance.
