التخطيط الاستراتيجي للأزمات في ظل إدارة العلاقات العامة

Résumé: لقد أصبح العالم الاقتصادي يعاني من أزمات متعددة تهدد بقاء المنظمات واستقرارها، وتتسبب في إحداث أوضاع مفاجئة غير مرغوب فيها. وفي ظل تأثيرات الأزمة والتدخل الإعلامي لمراقبة ونقل كل مايحدث، تظهر أهمية وظيفة العلاقات العامة في إدارة الأزمات وذلك من خلال تقوية الاتصالات الداخلية والخارجية، والقيام بالتخطيط الاستراتيجي لاستباق الأزمة قبل حدوثها، ووضع خطط طوارئ، لإحتوائها وتحويلها إلى موقف إيجابي وفرصة للتعلم وإكتساب خبرات جديدة. الكلمات المفتاحية: العلاقات العامة، الازمة، إدارة الأزمات، التخطيط الاستراتيجي لإدارة الأزمات. Abstract : The economic world has become suffering from multiple crises that threaten the survival and stability of organizations and cause undesirable sudden situations. In light of the impact of the media to monitor and convey everything, the importance of public relations function in crisis management is demonstrated by: strengthening internal and external communications, strategic planning to anticipate the crisis before it occurs, contingency plans to contain it and turn it into a positive attitude and an opportunity to learn and gain new experiences.
