Résumé: أصبح للعمليات التجميلية أو كما يسميها الأطباء العمليات التحسينية دور كبير في حياتنا اليوم، فكثيرون يرونها الحلّ والمنفذ الوحيد للتخلص من العيوب التي يعانون منها، وكثيرا ما تكون ذات أهمية نفسية أكثر، هذا وقد أصبحت من العمليات المعترف بها في جميع الدول، وهي تتميز عن غيرها من الجراحات بأنّ إجراءها أمر كمالي وليس ضروريا من أجل استمرار الحياة، لذلك كانت أكثر التشريعات صارمة فيما يتعلق بمسؤولية الطبيب في جراحة التجميل حين وقوع الضرر خلافا لما هو عليه في العمليات الأخرى، وفي الحقيقة لا تختلف مسؤولية طبيب التجميل الجنائية والمدنية عن مسؤولية الطبيب عموماً، فهو يتحمل مسؤولية الأضرار المترتبة عن الخطأ الذي ارتكبه Beauty is considered one of the social values of human being, Where people become concerned about beauty and they fear of losing it, that why the esthetic becomes one of the most important medical disciplines to improve appearance, Besides the Esthetic surgery has many controls which are imposed by legislation and judicial decisions in addition to the position of Islamic law which sets conditions to practice this sort of surgery, Some of them are permissible and others are prohibited.
